How to register your product

You must register your product to activate the Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty.

Enter your purchase details

Provide your order number, the marketplace you purchased from, and your product information.

Submit your registration

Complete the form to activate your warranty and receive confirmation.
Register your product immediately after purchase so your warranty is active before you ever need it.

How to file a claim

Gather your order details

Before contacting support, have the following ready:
  • Marketplace you purchased from (e.g., Amazon, mellanni.com)
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product type, size, and color

Submit your claim at mellanni.com/pages/contact-us-new. Include all the details from the previous step so our team can process your request quickly.

Once your claim is reviewed, select your preferred resolution: a replacement, a full refund, or in-store credit.
