Mellanni products are available on mellanni.com as well as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Wayfair. This guide walks you through placing an order directly on mellanni.com, from finding the right product to completing checkout — and what to do if you need to make changes after placing your order.

Placing your order

Browse the collections

Visit mellanni.com and explore the product collections, including Sheet Sets, Pillowcases, and Duvet Covers. Use the navigation menu or search to find the item you want.

Select your size and color

On the product page, choose your preferred size and color from the available options. Make sure both selections are correct before continuing.

Add the item to your cart

Click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout. Review your cart to confirm the items, sizes, and quantities are correct.

Create an account or check out as a guest

You can check out as a guest or create a Mellanni account. Creating an account lets you track your orders and view your order history at any time.

Enter your shipping address

Provide the address where you want your order delivered. Double-check that the address is complete and accurate before proceeding.

Choose a payment method and complete your order

Mellanni.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. Enter your payment details and place your order.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Making changes or cancelling

Cancellations and changes — including corrections to a wrong address or product — are only possible on the same day you place your order. Contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once your order has shipped, delivery cannot be stopped, but you can return the package unopened.

Billing and shipping address differences

If your billing address and shipping address are different, Mellanni’s system may flag your order as potentially fraudulent. To avoid delays, contact customer support immediately after placing your order so the team can review and clear it before processing.
