Mellanni offers free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses, with expedited options available if you need faster delivery. This page covers processing times, delivery estimates, how to track your shipment, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Free standard shipping

All US orders ship for free with no minimum order requirement. Free standard shipping covers the contiguous United States as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and US territories.
Free standard shipping applies to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and all US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the US Minor Outlying Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. International shipping outside the United States is not available at this time.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends are processed starting the next business day. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email — allow a few days for tracking movement to appear in the carrier’s system. Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days from the ship date. Most orders do not ship on weekends. Mellanni is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off for delivery.

If you need your order sooner, two expedited shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you return your order. Processing time (1–3 business days) is not included in the expedited delivery estimate.

Reporting a damaged or lost package

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, or if your package appears to be lost, follow the steps below to contact Mellanni’s support team.

Photograph the package and product

Before opening or discarding anything, take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product itself. These photos are required when contacting support.

Locate your Order ID

Find your Order ID in the confirmation email you received after purchase. You will need this to identify your order.

Contact Mellanni customer support

Reach out to the support team with your photos and Order ID. For lost packages, contact support if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, appears stuck in transit, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it.
