  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase

  • For damaged or wrong items: photos of the packaging and the product

Returns and exchanges

To return or exchange a product, contact our support team through the general contact form. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a prepaid return label — you won’t pay anything out of pocket to ship it back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at mellanni.com/pages/contact-us and include:
  • Photos of the packaging (exterior)
  • Photos of the product
  • Your Order ID
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us with your tracking number and we will look into it right away.
