Mellanni makes it easy to return or exchange any product you are not completely satisfied with. You can reach the customer support team by email through mellanni.com/pages/contact-us, and the team will get back to you within 24 hours to help you choose the best resolution. US customers receive a free prepaid return shipping label, so there is no upfront postage cost.

Resolution options

When you contact support, you can choose from three resolutions:

If your product has a defect caused by improper materials or workmanship, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact customer support by email

Visit mellanni.com/pages/contact-us and send a message describing the issue with your order. Include your order number and any relevant details or photos.

Receive your prepaid return label

The support team will reply within 24 hours and provide a free prepaid return shipping label. No postage cost is required from you.

Pack and ship your item

Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid label. Drop the package off at the carrier location specified on the label.

Receive your resolution

Once Mellanni receives your return, your refund, exchange, or in-store credit will be processed within 1–5 business days. The amount will appear in your account within 1–10 business days, depending on your marketplace and payment method.
If you are ever unsatisfied with a Mellanni product — even after extended use — Mellanni’s Lifetime Warranty covers you. Contact customer support at any time to request a replacement or refund under the warranty.
Expedited shipping charges (Priority Shipping or Expedited Shipping) are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the return.
