How to start a return or exchange

Visit mellanni.com/pages/contact-us and send a message describing the issue with your order. Include your order number and any relevant details or photos.
Receive your prepaid return label
The support team will reply within 24 hours and provide a free prepaid return shipping label. No postage cost is required from you.
Pack and ship your item
Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid label. Drop the package off at the carrier location specified on the label.
