# Extra-deep microfiber sheet sets

> Compare Mellanni 4-piece and 6-piece extra-deep microfiber sheet sets for mattresses up to 21 inches thick.

Mellanni extra-deep sheet sets are built for taller mattresses and added layers such as mattress toppers, pillow tops, thick mattress pads, and some adjustable-bed setups.

Use this collection when your mattress height is greater than 16" or when a standard fitted sheet pulls up at the corners.

## Fit

Extra-deep fitted sheets are described as fitting mattresses up to 21" thick. The fitted sheet uses all-around elastic to help keep the sheet in place.

Choose extra-deep when the bed includes:

* 17", 18", 19", 20", or 21" mattress height.
* Pillow-top or double pillow-top construction.
* Memory foam topper.
* Thick mattress pad.
* Air mattress or waterbed mattress.
* Adjustable bed.

  If the mattress is exactly 16", choose based on corner behavior. If a standard 16" fitted sheet stays tucked after sleep, the standard set is enough. If corners lift or the sheet feels strained, move to extra-deep.
